Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to drive revenue in vision tech and LED lighting products. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in security systems or LED lighting. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing relationships with stakeholders, and preparing proposals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. A valid driving license is an advantage.

  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, system integrators, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations aligned to customer requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support customers in solution selection.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive sales improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on solution offerings, project requirements, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in security systems (CCTV, surveillance) or LED lighting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project sales cycles, including tendering, specifications, and solution selling.
