Overview

This role is hired under Mandai X, the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group. Position: Hands-on Activation Manager to bring our partner launches to life. You’ll own the end-to-end activation implementation process—from procurement and vendor onboarding to logistics, on-ground execution, and post-campaign reporting. You’ll ensure each launch runs smoothly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor budgets, timelines, and quality. You’ll support product testing, gather feedback, and translate insights into improvements that elevate customer and partner experience.

With a mix of project management, cross-functional operational know-how, and an eye for detail, you’ll help optimize workflows, ensure brand consistency, and drive impact across activations. Experience with brand IP licensing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and activation management
  • Procurement and logistics support
    • Initiate end-to-end procurement until implementation of each launch
    • Lead partner onboarding and vendor creation/registration
    • Manage and ensure smooth delivery to/from warehouse including storage of merchandise for each partner launch
    • Recruit, manage and train on-ground part-timers
    • Track expenses per partner location, invoicing, and post-campaign reporting
  • Optimization Workflow
    • Develop and update operations playbooks; ensure collaterals adhere to brand guidelines
    • Manage layout of merchandise area with vendors to maximize display and sales
    • Project-manage implementation till launch; liaise with vendors and cross-department teams; set milestones and ensure achievement
    • Set up Contentful for each partner location and update content as needed
    • Develop operations/retail briefs and FAQs for each activation
  • User journey and product support for activations
    • Product development support; test features for each partner launch
    • Collect survey feedback and translate into actionable items
    • Reporting; set up customer and partner satisfaction surveys
    • Monitor analytics and experience metrics (CSAT and NPS) for product and experience
    • Support reporting of total revenue and SDIC metrics; maintain dashboards for KPIs and OKRs
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Product Design, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of events and product development processes
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • 5–8 years of experience in planning and executing events or activations from concept to completion
  • Experience in startup, scale-ups, or early-stage ventures
    • Comfortable with limited resources and incomplete information
    • Able to pivot quickly when plans change while driving progress
    • Resilient in fast-changing environments, balancing creative demands with practical execution
  • Experience balancing creative design ambitions with operational execution
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and creating engaging event/retail setups
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and milestone tracking
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, ops, product, creative) to deliver seamless events
  • Exposure to customer experience measurement (CSAT, NPS) or similar tools
  • Experience drafting event briefs, FAQs, and user journey guides for smooth execution
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Contentful) and basic data analytics or dashboarding
