The incumbent shall lead the Operations Services Department to drive operational excellence in the Nursing Home. This includes ensuring that the Nursing Home is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety and environmental requirements; as well as implementing measures to ensure that the physical integrity of the building structure, its appearance and optimal functions meet the necessary standards.
