Location: Central Singapore (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days WFH)
Employment Type: Contract (Till 31 March 2026)
Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,200 per month

Join a leading national research organisation driving impactful, cross-disciplinary initiatives in science, innovation, and technology. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager / Manager (Marketing Communications & Events) to support a major research programme focused on translating cutting-edge research into real-world outcomes.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team responsible for marketing communications, content development, and event coordination to raise awareness and engagement across the organisation and its partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage content across multiple platforms — including websites, emailers, feature stories, presentation decks, and marketing collaterals (digital and print).
  • Blend copywriting and visual design to ensure consistent branding and clear communication of key messages.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand their objectives and provide marketing communications support.
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement and strengthen visibility across thematic programmes.
  • Support the planning, logistics, and coordination of internal and external events.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers, and handle related administrative tasks.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant marketing or communications experience.
  • Skills:
    Strong English copywriting and communication skills.
    Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is highly preferred.
    Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Mindset: Curious, collaborative, and proactive — someone who enjoys learning and contributing in a dynamic environment.
