To expand their reach and strengthen their mission, ACM and TPM seek an Assistant Manager/Manager to bolster fundraising efforts with museum patrons, corporate sponsors, and community stakeholders. This role is essential in supporting the donations and sponsorships processes that enable the museums to present world-class exhibitions, deliver meaningful public programmes, and advance their cultural mission.

  • Prepare stewardship reports and impact updates to demonstrate outcomes to donors, corporate and foundation partners.

Events & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Plan and execute logistics for donor events and fundraising engagements. Serve as operational liaison with internal teams, vendors, and external partners during campaigns and events.

  • Develop supporting materials such as pitch decks, proposals, and briefing documents for donor meetings.

Administrative & Process Management
  • Administer procurement and financial processes in accordance with NHB procedures and guidelines.

  • Coordinate procurement workflows to align with campaign and event timelines. Support budget tracking and financial reporting for fundraising activities.
