Assistant Manager, IT Operations & Maintenance

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT professional to support and ensure the day-to‑day operations of our IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.

What You Will Do:

• IT Operations Management: Support daily IT operations, monitor system health, and deploy/maintain hardware and software.
• Maintenance & Support: Perform routine maintenance, provide technical support to staff, and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
• Security & Compliance: Assist in implementing IT security policies, support security audits, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and liaise with internal departments to understand their IT needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 7 years in IT operations, support, or maintenance roles.
• Experience with network management, server administration, and IT security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
