Job summary

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance-related sections carrying out technical fleet management, fuel management and dispensing, inventory/material requirement planning and management, warehousing, receipt and invoice payments. For maintenance of Airport GSE/Specialty Vehicle Fleets.
  • Achieve accuracy of fleet configuration records and effective work scheduling, fleet management cost analysis, inventory item availability, demand fill rates, as well as timely invoice verification.
  • Proper accounting for inventory material and spares in technical stores (equipped with Automated Store Retrieval System).
  • Executive in charge of Computerised maintenance and supply management system (IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management System).
  • Manage system for equipment monitoring licenses/permits/inspections renewals to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Manage fuel station team (diesel and petrol), including accounting, inventory, customer accounts and billing, as well as fuel facility infrastructure upkeep.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or other relevant fields with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience on industrial equipment fleets.
  • Knowledge of Inventory (Technical material) provisioning methodologies, material data/cataloguing, warehousing, and/or goods inspection/verification.
  • Knowledge of IBM Maximo (or equivalent) system advantageous.
  • Team-player able to work independently with good problem solving, interpersonal, analytical and writing skills.
  • Able to work on occasional weekend days, or weekday (non-office hours) if required.
  • A Class 3 Driving License is required.
