About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Manager, Human Resources. In this role, you will play a key part in driving HR operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., MOM, PLRD) and internal policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to HR standards and guidelines.
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Handle payroll-related queries and support work injury claim administration.
- HR Advisory & Support
- Provide HR generalist support and consultation to business units on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Assist employees with external course applications and training-related matters.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports, manpower statistics, and ad hoc data for management review.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Projects & Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience.
- Participate in HR projects, system enhancements, and policy reviews.
- Employee Engagement
- Coordinate staff engagement activities and recognition programs such as EXSA and Long Service Awards.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
