About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Manager, Human Resources. In this role, you will play a key part in driving HR operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering a positive employee experience across the organization.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee end-to-end HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., MOM, PLRD) and internal policies.
Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to HR standards and guidelines.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
Handle payroll-related queries and support work injury claim administration.
HR Advisory & Support
Provide HR generalist support and consultation to business units on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Assist employees with external course applications and training-related matters.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports, manpower statistics, and ad hoc data for management review.
Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
Projects & Process Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience.
Participate in HR projects, system enhancements, and policy reviews.
Employee Engagement
Coordinate staff engagement activities and recognition programs such as EXSA and Long Service Awards.
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
