Responsibilities include recruitment, staffing, and leading various HR projects. The Executive provides the strategic HR partnership and services to the assigned business units in the areas such as recruitment, manpower planning & staffing, compensation, performance management, employee relations and separation. You will also be involved in various HR projects as part of development.
