As an Assistant Manager (HR Compensation & Strategy Planning), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities
  • Assist Head of HR in the creation and execution of compensation policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain compensation-related policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee the organisation’s funding schemes, annual salary review cycle, and processes for bonuses and promotions.
  • Analyse HR data to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic HR planning and initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance HR operations, policies, and overall practices.
  • Lead HR digitalisation efforts by utilising technology and robotic process automation to improve efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget and objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments to support HR initiatives and ensure smooth project coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data interpretation is an added advantage.
