Job description

Salary: Up to $5,000/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours

Location: Queenstown

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned service point operations, including front counter and administrative functions
  • Collaborate with Nurse Managers and stakeholders to address system and process challenges
  • Work alongside department managers to enhance patient experience throughout the care journey
  • Ensure facilities are safe, patient-friendly, and meet regulatory standards
  • Partner with Operations and Admin managers to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement innovative service improvements to exceed customer expectations
  • Achieve volume and financial targets by developing business plans with clinical leaders
  • Oversee budgeting and financial reviews in coordination with clinical heads
  • Lead and manage a team of non-nursing staff, including recruitment, training, appraisal, and retention
  • Facilitate effective two-way communication between staff and management
  • Participate in committees and undertake additional duties as assigned
  • Engage in job rotations across different operational areas after 3 years
Job Requirements
  • Min Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Min 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry (healthcare operational experience is a plus)
  • Min 2 years’ experience managing frontline staff
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
