Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a qualified professional to manage ESG reporting and finance operations. This role requires a relevant degree and 2-3 years of experience in FP&A activities. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support ESG reporting, align requirements and standardize processes.
  • Collaborate with Regional ESG lead for GoGreen Plus products.
  • Conduct training on ESG developments for stakeholders.
  • Manage cashflow reporting accurately and timely.
  • Report on Loss Performing Marginal Contracts including automation.
  • Support local statutory books for Real Estate Solutions deals.
  • Train countries on processes as needed.
  • Coordinate BRM deck for CFO.
  • Assist in finance and operations projects.

Responsibilities
  • Support Environment Social Governance (ESG) reporting (includes aligning reporting requirements per definitions, standardise processes as needed, cross functions collaboration, ensure completeness, forecasting & budgeting, Crest quality reporting)
  • Collaborate with Regional ESG lead to steer commercialization of GoGreen Plus products
  • Subject matter expert for ESG including conduct trainings and communicate ESG developments to stakeholders
  • Cashflow management and reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Loss Performing Marginal Contracts (LPMC) including automation of report as needed
  • Support regional Real Estate Solutions (RES) management reporting and responsible for the management of local statutory books for RES deals
  • Communicate and train countries as needed
  • Support coordination of BRM deck for CFO and ad-hoc support as needed
  • Provide support in finance and operations projects as required
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sustainability or equivalent
  • 2 - 3 years of experience relevant experience in FP&A activities and/or system intelligence scope
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Macros), SmartView, PowerBI preferred
  • Good analytical skills, written and communication skills
  • Independent, self-driven, resourceful and proactive
