The Assistant Manager, Finance Planning & Analysis, will support forecasting and budgeting activities for the South APAC region to provide timely and accurate reporting. He or she will be responsible for developing profit-focused action plans and will be proficient in data visualization and modeling.

Your Impact
  • Collaborate with business units to gather business information and inputs for Forecast and Budget
  • Prepare forecast and budget assumptions and business information in business templates
  • Analyze actual results against business plans to identify trends, risks, or opportunities that support achieving financial targets
  • Prepare and upload FC/BUD into the financial reporting system
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Business Analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP solutions, with an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Power user in Excel with strong financial modeling skills
  • Experience with Power Query in Excel is preferred
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
