What will I be doing?

• Assist the Operations Manager in achieving the monthly budget
• Ensure grooming standards are met and maintained, demonstrating a professional image for guests
• Always be present in operations during the “golden time”
• Monitor the training calendar and employee development to promote a climate of enthusiasm and encouragement
• Respond proactively to guest queries and ensure appropriate action is taken in the absence of the manager, with effective communication
• Ensure guest satisfaction is monitored and, where appropriate, rectified during their meal experience
• Bid guests farewell ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits
• Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed to par at all times
• Prepare the duty roster on a weekly basis
• Complete the Attendance Report for payroll purposes
• Guide guests in organising private events in the restaurant
• Conduct departmental orientation for all new team members
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
