Mapletree seeks an FP&A Manager to lead group-wide forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning and EVA reporting. You will build complex financial models, analyse large datasets, and run scenario simulations to support executive decisions.

You will oversee the budgeting system run (Tagetik/BPC), ensure data integrity, and prepare Board materials for strategic decision-making while mentoring junior team members.

Qualificações

• Chartered Accountant with ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in managerial capacity.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytics skills, with ability to manage projects and datasets independently.
• Experience with budgeting and planning tools such as Tagetik or BPC; Excel expertise required.

The FP&A Manager leads Group-wide forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning and Economic Value Added ("EVA") reporting for the Group. The role delivers executive insights through complex financial modelling, large-scale data analysis and scenario simulations; oversees budgeting and planning systems (CCH Tagetik) and ensures data integrity and reporting accuracy. The role also prepares high-quality management and Board materials to support strategic and commercial decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, working closely with business units to gather inputs and provide critical analysis for management decision making.
• Independently manage assigned workstreams for monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, long-range planning, Economic Value Added ("EVA"), and ad hoc projects.
• Develop complex financial models, manage large datasets, and translate findings into actionable insights for planning and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality materials for Board and C-suite presentations.
• Oversee the Group budgeting system run and provide related subject-matter expertise to internal stakeholders.
• Drive process and system improvements, and undertake ad hoc analyses and projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant quantitative discipline, or an ACCA qualification.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including four years in a managerial capacity.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and complex datasets independently.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on experience with budgeting and planning systems such as Tagetik or BPC.
• Experience in real estate or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage tight timelines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to guide junior team members.
