Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified accounting professional to manage financial statements and oversee corporate secretarial duties. The ideal candidate will possess a recognised degree in Accountancy or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and familiarity with SFRS. Responsibilities include preparing tax computations, liaising with auditors, and maintaining financial integrity. Candidates with audit experience in real estate or property management are preferred.

Job description

• Prepare and maintain the accuracy and integrity of its private limited financial statements and financial processes, including cash flow monitoring and treasury related matters.
• Lead corporate secretarial records, delegation of authority, and adherence to internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of management reporting and financial statements.
• Preparation of tax and GST computation.
• Assist in periodical financial reporting and ad hoc reports as required, and liaise with internal/external auditors/tax agents.

You should have:

• Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• A minimum of 5 years work experience, and familiarity with SFRS
• Audit experience is preferred and prior experience working in a real estate or property management companies will be an added advantage
• Meticulous and driven with strong analytical skills
