Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations:
    Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including shift planning, staff allocation, and overseeing service flow.
  • Guest Experience:
    Maintain high standards of service and hospitality, addressing guest feedback professionally and proactively.
  • Team Support & Leadership:
    Motivate and mentor the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work culture and high performance.
  • Training & Development:
    Guide new team members through onboarding and ongoing training. Take ownership of your own learning with the support of experienced leadership.
  • Quality & Consistency:
    Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to uphold consistency and excellence in food and beverage delivery.
  • Financial Responsibility:
    Assist in managing costs, sales tracking, and reporting to support the restaurant’s financial performance.
  • Safety & Hygiene:
    Uphold all health and safety standards to ensure a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a full-service restaurant, preferably with Italian cuisine.
  • Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

  • A valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
