Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through exceptional sales and service standards.
  • Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising excellence.
  • Attend to customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee full P&L accountability for all restaurant operations to meet sales, profitability, and strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business and growth opportunities.
  • Manage manpower planning to ensure sufficient staffing levels and efficient deployment.
  • Supervise inventory control and ordering processes effectively.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proficient in both English and a second language.
