A premier event management organization in Singapore seeks a Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand EO services. The role focuses on developing strategies, managing the sales process, and building relationships with clients. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in event sales or business development, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Quebec’s footprint in EO (Event Organiser) services and event management. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships.
The incumbent will manage the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and proposal development to deal closure and client servicing — while working closely with the Creative and Project Management teams to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event sales, business development, MICE, or corporate sales
- Proven track record as an independent, solution-oriented sales professional
- Strong background in the MICE industry, or experience in venue, hospitality, or events sectors
- In-depth knowledge of the events industry, including venue management, event logistics, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and service
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed for event execution
