Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to protect technology infrastructure and digital assets. You will support the implementation and operation of controls across on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments, partnering with internal teams and security partners to strengthen resilience against evolving threats.

You will lead cybersecurity architecture standards, oversee platform deployment and lifecycle, and ensure security-by-design across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, infrastructure security or cybersecurity platform administration.
• Good understanding of security architecture principles across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Experience deploying, managing or supporting enterprise cybersecurity technologies such as IAM/PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM, Email Security, Vulnerability Management, Data Protection/DLP, Cloud Security Platforms.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls and ISO 27001.
• Working knowledge of network, cloud, identity and infrastructure security concepts.
• Experience managing cybersecurity projects or platform implementations would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity architecture and roadmap development aligned with enterprise technology and business objectives.
• Participate in security architecture reviews for infrastructure, cloud, network and applications to ensure security by design.
• Assess new technologies and recommend appropriate security controls and architectures.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity architecture standards, patterns, guidelines and reference architectures.
• Work with project teams to embed cybersecurity requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of cybersecurity platforms across the enterprise.
• Manage lifecycle of cybersecurity technologies including onboarding, upgrades and renewals.
• Drive integration between cybersecurity solutions and enterprise platforms for better visibility and security.
• Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements; coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Job Description

This role plays an important part in protecting the organisation’s technology infrastructure, endpoints and digital assets. This role supports the implementation and operation of cybersecurity controls across the enterprise, with exposure to infrastructure security, endpoint security, security tools, and security architecture initiatives. Working closely with internal technology teams and security partners, you will contribute to strengthening the organisation’s cybersecurity posture and resilience against evolving cyber threats.

Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Architecture & Roadmap

• Support the development and execution of the organisation’s cybersecurity roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology and business objectives.
• Participate in security architecture reviews for infrastructure, cloud, network, application and digital transformation initiatives to ensure security requirements are incorporated by design.
• Assess new technologies, platforms and solutions from a cybersecurity perspective and recommend appropriate security controls and architectures.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity architecture standards, security patterns, technical guidelines and reference architectures.
• Work with project teams to ensure cybersecurity requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.

Cybersecurity Platform Management

• Lead the deployment, configuration, administration and optimization of cybersecurity platforms across the enterprise.
• Manage the lifecycle of cybersecurity technologies, including onboarding, upgrades, renewals, health monitoring and retirement activities.
• Drive integration between cybersecurity solutions and enterprise platforms to improve visibility, automation and security effectiveness.
• Monitor platform performance, coverage, utilization and effectiveness, and recommend enhancements where required.
• Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity platforms operate effectively and meet business requirements.
