CapitaLand Development Ltd - CDL is seeking an IT product professional to lead product management, delivery and platform operations. You will drive system integrations, apply AI to create value, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet complex requirements.

This role emphasises governance, security, and operations discipline, with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies and modern architectures. A pro-active team player with good communications is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related disciplines as a baseline requirement.
• Experience or internship in AI-related projects or product roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX, user journeys, usability testing and digital adoption.
• Strong exposure to cloud tech: Kubernetes, DevOps, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern app architectures.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI solutions such as major AI tooling ecosystems.
• Proactive team player with clear communication and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee product management, delivery, platform operations and system integrations.
• Apply AI to sharpen capabilities and unlock value in digital solutions.
• Engage cross-functional SMEs to understand requirements and solve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and internal audit requirements for digital products.
• Develop operations mindset to maximise availability and performance.
• Manage AMS vendors and respond to critical incidents with infrastructure teams.
