Qualifications

• Min. 8 years’ BIM management experience, preferably with A1 MainCon or consultant.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Autodesk Build, and MS Office.
• Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead digitalisation efforts and champion BIM/VDC/IDD adoption.
• Manage and review 3D models across C&S, Archi, and M&E trades.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, templates, and documentation.

Join one of Singapore’s most established A1 Main Contractors and be part of a team that’s driving digital transformation in the built environment. As the Assistant Manager, Digital Engineering, you’ll play a key role in advancing BIM, VDC, and IDD adoption across major projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead digitalisation efforts and champion BIM/VDC/IDD adoption.
• Manage and review 3D models across C&S, Archi, and M&E trades.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, templates, and documentation.
• Oversee model deliverables for design, coordination, and fabrication.
• Drive QA/QC alignment and standardisation across projects.
• Mentor and guide the Digital Engineering/BIM Specialist team.
• Track shop drawing submissions and maintain project dashboards.
• Pilot new construction technologies for better efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with related field and BIM background.
• Min. 8 years’ BIM management experience, preferably with A1 MainCon or consultant.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Autodesk Build, and MS Office.
• Bonus: familiar with Dynamo, Civil 3D, Synchro/Fuzor, Cubicost, or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills, team player, and adaptable personality.
• Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects preferred.
