Job Purpose

The Manager, Solutions & Development will lead and drive the full cycle of Facilities Management solutioning (i.e., development to implementation). He/she should be passionate in strategy development, project management client management.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manages a team of managers to provide pre-sales solutioning
  • Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries
  • Drive product innovation and carry out solutioning and product development projects in accordance to business needs
  • Provide support to the sales team and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met effectively and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and commitment to customers
  • Foster close relationships with existing and new customers to understand their technical requirements, to innovate and develop new product ideas
  • Generate and present compelling ideas and solutions to customers, effectively communicating their value proposition to secure buy-ins and build lasting trust
  • Demonstrate urgency in resolving and responding to customers' issues and requests
  • Work closely with Sales/Account Managers to ensure timely renewal of contract
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer on boarding procedures and billing processes for new accounts
  • Any other duties and projects assigned by Head Development
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, background in Information Technology (IT), coding or related fields is highly advantageous and will be considered a plus
  • Experience in both the project and contract management, and sales side of running a business
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organisation and customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a results‑driven environment.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and possess effective time‑management skills to meet deadlines and planned deliverables.
  • Possesses leadership, man management, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as be able to relate to others on a professional level.
  • Able to work independently with an interest in keeping things organised as well as being a strong team player.
  • Candidates with experience in leadership positions will be considered favourably
