Responsibilities

The role falls under the Service Logistics (SL) Function and is designed to deliver comprehensive analytics support and insights to a specific account, facilitating data‑driven decision‑making and operational improvements. The individual will oversee the rollout and adoption of the MySupplyChain platform, ensuring it is effectively utilized by both customers and DHL users. By engaging with stakeholders and acting as a Subject Matter Expert, the role seeks to understand customer needs and enhance satisfaction. Additionally, the position will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analytics and promote knowledge sharing to help develop the skills of peers in the field of data analytics.

  1. Data Analysis & Insights:

    • Provide analytics support to a specific account.
    • Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines for data analytics projects, focusing on descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analysis.
    • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights relevant to the business, understanding ETL frameworks and data ingestion.
    • Use statistical techniques and "Digital Twin" tools to uncover correlations and predictive models that support data‑driven decision‑making with tools like Power BI, Python, and SQL.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, providing actionable recommendations to enhance business performance.
    • Present findings in clear formats (reports, presentations, dashboards) to stakeholders, including customers.
  2. Digital Platform / MySupplyChain (MySC):

    • Manage the rollout and adoption of the MySupplyChain platform for customers and DHL users within Asia Pacific SL.
    • Provide training and support to users for effective platform utilization.
    • Troubleshoot user issues and offer timely solutions.
  3. Operationalization of AI Solutions:
    • Implement narrow AI and emerging agentic‑AI solutions in a Snowflake‑native environment, utilizing Snowflake, Python, and SQL to develop scalable data pipelines, model‑training workflows, and real‑time inference capabilities.
  4. Customer Engagement:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders on analytics and MySupplyChain projects.
    • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analytics and MySupplyChain within AP SL.
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and feedback, driving initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Continuous Improvement:

    • Contribute to the Continuous Improvement and Profit Improvement Program through data analytics and performance analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification, with 2 to 4 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management, Consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, with a focus on translating data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), statistical analysis software (e.g., Python, R), and automation solutions (e.g., Power Automate).
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the practical implications of data analysis on business operations and strategy.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in managing projects related to data analytics and insights in customer‑facing roles.
  • Understanding of KPIs and reporting for the Service Logistics business.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles.
  • Exposure to working in the APAC region or in a global role is preferred.
