In this role, you will source and negotiate with suppliers for dairy raw materials and manage daily operations within the dairy business. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has at least 5 years of experience in the FMCG or dairy industry, with strong negotiation and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities
- Procurement
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for dairy raw materials and related products to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain long-term vendor partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and risks to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and sustainability standards.
- Operations
- Oversee daily operations and supply chain activities within the dairy business, ensuring smooth end-to-end processes from procurement to delivery.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, logistics, and finance teams to align operational priorities with business needs.
- Track and optimize inventory levels to balance supply reliability and cost efficiency.
- Support planning, forecasting, and operational reporting to management.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost savings, and service levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Food Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement & Operations, preferably in the FMCG or dairy/food industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
