The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Assistant Manager for CRM Automations to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is a critical role that blends strategic thinking with hands‑on operational execution. You will be instrumental in driving our CRM automation initiatives, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze to deliver high business impact. You will be responsible for end-to-end CRM management, covering the planning, building, testing, scaling, and optimization of automations.

Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Automation Strategy & Delivery
  • Partner with global, regional cross-functional and country teams to deliver high-performing, personalized CRM automations.
  • Manage end-to-end CRM workflows and customer journeys, leading planning, creative briefing, deployment, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain CRM automations on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze, ensuring seamless data integration with BigQuery, Digital, Loyalty systems, and related databases.
2. Quality Assurance & Optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing of automations to optimize performance and maximize impact.
  • Test automation builds, troubleshoot issues and ensure high performance.
  • Track campaign results, report on KPIs and recommend improvements for scalability and impact.
3. Executional Excellence
  • Manage project plans and timelines to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of CRM automation project pipelines.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of the CRM toolkit, including journey templates, playbooks, KPIs, test plans, and best practices.
  • Continuously enhance processes and workflows for better CRM automation outcomes.

  • Proven experience in CRM automation, with hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end CRM automations management, including planning, building, testing, deployment, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data integration with platforms such as BigQuery, Digital, and Loyalty systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to executional excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; regional/global experience is a plus.
