Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative support professional to coordinate marketing activities and manage financial documentation. The ideal candidate has a degree in business, finance, or accounting, with at least 5 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Service industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong leadership skills are essential. This position is available immediately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Banking and Financial Service industry.
  • Knowledge on Block Discounting and/or Leasing operation would be an advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately would be an advantage.
  • Only Singaporean candidates are eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and check on work done by a team of staff on systems data inputs.
  • Coordinate various financing schemes under Enterprise Singapore.
  • Maintain and manage customer file records for both live and closed files.
  • Update Procedure Flow Chart and Staff Duty Roster.
  • Review processes for improvements.

Job description
To coordinate and provide an efficient administrative support to Marketing and Credit Administration Department.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and check on work done by a team of staff on systems data inputs and updates, various administrative works, financing documents, and management reports
  • Coordinator for various financing schemes under Enterprise Singapore
  • Custodian of security documents such as guarantees and title deeds
  • Perform clearance on-line check with HPFLAS (Hire Purchase, Finance and Leasing Association of Singapore) for vehicles and machineries under OLS financing
  • Maintain and manage customer file records for both live files and closed files, including archiving old file records to warehouse
  • Maintain and update Procedure Flow Chart, Operating Manual, & Staff Duty Roster
  • Consolidate Core Leave planning for the department
  • Review existing work process and procedure to provide improvement
  • Undertake ad‑hoc assignments assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree holder from the business / finance / accounting discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Banking and Financial Service industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess leadership quality, good communication skill and initiative
  • Diligent with initiative and a team player
  • Knowledge on Block Discounting and/or Leasing operation would be an advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
  • The corporate rank and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience
  • Only Singaporean
