Job summary
A leading architecture firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to oversee corporate strategies, manage digital platforms, and coordinate key events. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in design and architecture is a plus.

- Support the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies.
- Draft and proofread corporate materials including publications and media releases.
- Manage and update the firm’s website and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives;
- Provide sound communications counsel and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in corporate messaging across all channels;
- Oversee awards programme, including managing timelines and submissions;
- Draft, edit and proofread a range of corporate materials including publications, award submissions, media releases, web articles and EDMs;
- Manage and update the firm’s website, social media platforms and intranet with accurate and engaging content;
- Contribute to the development and production of brand content, such as corporate videos and marketing collateral;
- Assist with media relations, including facilitating media requests and supporting media coverage opportunities;
- Manage and coordinate key corporate events;
- Guide junior team members, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience, with some supervisory responsibilities;
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Business;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement at all levels;
- Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent writing, presentation, and visual communication skills;
- Experience in managing digital platforms, public relations, and media relations;
- Design and architecture industry experience is a plus.
