  • Prepare user briefs, operation guidelines, and conduct simulations.
  • Write business cases to support funding and approvals.
  • Track project progress and report updates to management.
  • Support rollout of care models in line with budget.
  • Handle administrative tasks including meeting arrangements.
  • Raise procurement and payment requests.
  • Assist with other duties or projects as assigned.
