Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to prepare proposals for pilot initiatives.
  • Perform analysis for special projects to support management.
  • Review department purchases and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Coordinate timelines and reviews for annual budgeting cycle.
  • Review workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
  • Assist in governance of access rights for financial systems.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders and prepare proposals for pilot initiatives.

  • Perform analysis for special projects to support management in decision making.

  • Review department purchase/ unbudgeted and other ad hoc requests and ensure compliance of to the policies and procedures.

  • Co-ordinate timelines and reviews for annual budgeting cycle.

  • Review workflows and identify gaps/ potential in processes and propose appropriate rectifications.

  • Assist in governance of access rights for financial systems.

  • Any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • A good tertiary degree.

  • Minimum 2 - 5 years preferably in of related experience in Finance, Healthcare Management or Strategic Planning.

  • Flexibility, agility and ability to handle situations with an eye for details.

  • Strong written and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and possess data extraction and mining capabilities.
