Job description

We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Assistant Manager, Branding & Marketing to lead the development, execution, and rollout of brand-aligned visual assets, campaign content, video production, and web development initiatives across our global portfolio.

This role plays a key part in strengthening brand identity and ensuring consistency across all visual and digital touchpoints. It also supports global marketing and loyalty initiatives aimed at driving My Millennium member enrolment, engagement, and revenue contribution.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Guidelines
  • Lead implementation, governance, and updates of the Global Brand Guidelines across all regions and departments.
  • Ensure all creative output—including hotel, F&B, and loyalty marketing—meets brand standards.
Creative Development
  • Conceptualise and produce creative assets for integrated campaigns across digital and print (eDMs, social media, digital banners, brochures, and posters).
  • Manage the design and production of My Millennium merchandise.
Video & Visual Content
  • Develop high-impact video content and oversee the full production process from scripting to editing for campaigns, storytelling, and social channels.
  • Collaborate on storyboarding and visual direction for hotel showcases, global launches, and brand documentaries.
Web & Digital Development
  • Lead content updates and enhancements on brand and property websites.
  • Support light web development tasks, including basic HTML, layout optimisation, and user experience improvements in collaboration with the Digital and IT teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital interfaces and experiences.
Marketing & Loyalty Campaigns
  • Plan and manage the global email marketing calendar, ensuring timely rollout of high-performing eDMs.
  • Develop creative content to support loyalty acquisition, engagement, and revenue-driving campaigns.
  • Ensure effective rollout of campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS platforms.
Performance & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance metrics in collaboration with the analytics team and adapt creative strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor visual and digital content effectiveness against KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external creative, web, and production agencies as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree in Art, Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field with 3 – 5 years of experience in brand creative and web development roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing integrated design, digital campaigns, video production, and web-related work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, and basic web development; knowledge of CMS platforms is required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital marketing campaign tools.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or similar reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Strong eye for design, user experience, and brand consistency.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
