Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and maintenance of AVL (Audio, Visual, and Lighting) systems across all Attractions, including Universal Studios Singapore (USS), Adventure Cove Waterpark, and SEA Aquarium.
• Manage and supervise a team to ensure all maintenance and repair schedules are completed in a safe and timely manner.
• Develop and implement a structured Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program, along with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team.
• Oversee spare parts planning and manage third-party vendors for selected outsourced work.
• Plan and manage the OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Design, plan, procure, and lead system improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Computer Engineering, Multimedia, or Audio-Visual Engineering, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in managing the design and installation of Audio-Visual and Lighting systems.
• Prior experience working in an attraction or theme park setting is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of AV servers, PC/Networking, and up-to-date technologies.
• Good knowledge of PLC, Automation, and control systems is an advantage.
• Ability to perform shift work (day or night), including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work at height.
