Your Role
  • Support the Manager in preparing reports, managing documentation, and attending coordination meetings.
  • Lead a team of Design Coordinator, Architecture in managing and coordinating architectural works in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of architectural drawings and details.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, codes of practice, and company standards.
  • Plan, organise and supervise production of construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals
  • Provide technical support to the site team and address discrepancies or design issues during construction.
  • Monitor architectural progress on-site and resolve coordination issues involving structural, M&E, and ID trades.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet architectural requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in Chinese (Mandarin) with Chinese-speaking subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment on project requirements and expectations.
The Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience at managerial level with a main construction firm
  • Knowledge of local submission and authority processes (e.g., URA, BCA, or local equivalents).
  • Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
