This key role grants complete ownership over solvency frameworks and capital strategy, providing a strong platform to directly influence executive financial decisions.

• Spearhead monthly and quarterly RBC2 capital adequacy calculations, regulatory submissions, and solvency ratio analysis.
• Drive dynamic stress testing models and risk scenario evaluations to support the annual ORSA framework.
• Optimize corporate balance sheet resilience by partnering with risk and investment divisions to model asset-liability matching strategies.
• Elevate technical governance by serving as the subject matter expert on capital regulation updates and advising leadership committees.

About The Manager/team

Reporting to the Head of Capital Management, you will operate within an agile, strategic unit that offers high visibility to C-suite decision-makers and broad cross-functional exposure.

Skills And Experience Required

• Demonstrated expertise in life actuarial functions with hands‑on experience in RBC2 capital reporting and solvency calculations.
• Active progress toward professional actuarial designation such as FSA, FIA, FIAA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in actuarial modeling platforms, specifically Prophet, alongside dynamic solvency stress testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of balance sheet management, capital optimization, and asset‑liability matching principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to translate complex actuarial findings to business leadership.
