Job summary

The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and at least 2 years of team management experience. Key Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Support the AR Transactional function and activities including invoicing, receipting, refunds and credit collection according to the SLA and Group internal policies and procedures
  2. Lead, mentor and manage a team of AR staff ensuring delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreement
  3. Ensure all AR activities are accurate, timely and compliant with Group policies and regulatory requirement
  4. Liaison with internal departments when required
  5. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process efficiencies
  6. Perform ad hoc activities and tasks as required
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent, with at least 2 years of team management working experience.
  2. Prior experience in working with the SAP ERP system would be advantageous
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power query)
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
  5. Keen analytical mind, Meticulous and pays attention to details
  6. Independent, driven and resourceful team player with the ability to multi-task.
  7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
