Job Duties:
- Manage floor operations to ensure consistently excellent guest experiences and handle customer complaints and feedback.
- Recommend and upsell specialties to guests, and process payments.
- Train and collaborate with service and kitchen teams to build sales and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee ordering, inventory, stationary, and stock management, maintaining stock levels and reducing wastage.
- Inspect tables, glassware, and service stations for cleanliness, functionality, and sufficient supplies.
- Ensure handover, closing, and opening procedures are completed for each shift.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and presentation standards, and support cluster managers in optimizing labor usage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the related field.
- Management or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly energized work environment.
- Mature and decisive with strong business acumen.
- Resourceful with excellent management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
