Job Duties:

• Manage floor operations to ensure consistently excellent guest experiences and handle customer complaints and feedback.
• Recommend and upsell specialties to guests, and process payments.
• Train and collaborate with service and kitchen teams to build sales and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, stationary, and stock management, maintaining stock levels and reducing wastage.
• Inspect tables, glassware, and service stations for cleanliness, functionality, and sufficient supplies.
• Ensure handover, closing, and opening procedures are completed for each shift.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and presentation standards, and support cluster managers in optimizing labor usage.
