A cafe serving up coffee, juices and hearty brunch options, in the lovely East Coast Park (Marine Cove) looking for motivated individuals to join us:

You’ll play a pivotal role in both the operations of the business, as well as coaching and modeling great customer experience:

• Overall running of the operations of the cafe (opening, closing duties are done well, cleanliness throughout the day, machines are in well working order, furniture wear and tear is maintained, customer facing facade in well order, clean and tidy)
• Ace‑ing customer experience, getting to know our customers and being in‑charge of any customer complains and recovery
• Coaching staff in providing customer experience in line with company’s ethos and expectations
• Knowing and being able to coach product knowledge (food menu, ad-hoc retail, or future retail offerings)
• Maintaining sufficient products for daily operations and knowing vendor list (ingredients, receptacles, take‑away containers etc)
• Gathering and analysing consumer behaviour data for improving customer offerings and service
• Coordinating all aspects for events (event planning, staffing, and working with kitchen for menu planning)
