• Working Location: West - Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas West Road)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 7.30 am - 4.30 pm, Sat 7.30 am - 11.30 am)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary SGD 2300 + Allowances (Mobile+ Attendance+ Night Shift) + Bonus + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from your immediate superior.
• Manage daily operations related to customer order entries and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the transportation team regarding delivery plans.
• Monitor and order supplies to maintain suitable inventory levels.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Verify the accuracy of orders, bills, received items, inventory, and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with basic maintenance standards and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
• Load and unload steel drums from trucks, trailers, and the warehouse as needed.
• Support the night shift from the 16th to the 31st, rotating with another Assistant Logistics Supervisor. Arrange early coverage with the other supervisor if urgent matters arise.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
