  • Update stock reports daily.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for corrections on order entries.
  • Issue weekly order updates.
  • Review long-stored orders and assist in training.
  • Inform team leaders of delayed shipments and issues.
  • Perform routine tasks per company policies.
  • Report environmental incidents to Quality Executive.
  • Suggest improvements for environmental and quality performance.

We're Looking For

An organized and detail-oriented Assistant Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring that orders, documentation, and shipments are accurately processed and tracked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter new orders into the operational system and ensure all relevant information is complete.
  • Send confirmation emails to suppliers when new orders are received.
  • Collect necessary information per purchase order and provide export documents when required.
  • Arrange collections of orders and follow up daily until items are in stock at our warehouses.
  • Maintain all operational system fields fully updated, including order documents and charges.
  • Update the system with daily stock reports received from agents.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to correct mishandled or incorrect entries.
  • Issue weekly order lists to ensure all orders are correctly updated.
  • Review long-stored orders and assist with team training if needed.
  • Keep team leaders informed of delayed shipments, supplier/warehouse issues, and non-profitable collections.
  • Perform routine tasks according to company policies and the Integrated Management System.
  • Report any environmental incidents or near misses to the Quality Executive.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement with suggestions for better environmental and quality performance.
Minimum Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience in maritime logistics, ERP systems.
