🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Work from 08:30AM - 05:30PM OR 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
✔️ Prepare substrates/precursors and oversee the laser ablation process.
✔️ Assist in material coating processes for experimentation.
✔️ Monitor process and hardware performance to ensure smooth operations.
✔️ Record process conditions, analyze data, and report findings to the research team.
✔️ Maintain laboratory cleanliness and perform routine equipment maintenance.
✔️ Conduct shutdown procedures if necessary.
✔️ Collaborate with researchers and engineers to drive process improvements.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands‑on skills with a passion for lab‑based work.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Proactive, self‑disciplined, and detail‑oriented.
  • Effective team player with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Bilingual skills (English & Mandarin) preferred, as some laboratory equipment and manuals are in Mandarin and require basic understanding to operate.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in laboratory settings.
