Job description

Landscape Designer and Site Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or university degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields, with theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building materials, construction, interior design, and decoration.
• Experience in project management, leading local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and inspection. Must have overseas experience. Submit review analysis reports for each completed project.
• Excellent communication and management skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities.
• Ability to create and explain design concepts for exterior and interior furnishings.

Design Skills:

• Prepare detailed illustrations of door and window options (two or four sides) and cutting lists; aluminum and glass partition cutting lists; casement door and window accessories.
• Proficient in producing 2D plans, layouts, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD / Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team effectively, setting guidelines and providing supervision and expertise.
• Guide engineers on construction works, ensure schedules are met, maintain quality standards, manage site activities, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Develop Singapore ABS as a prestigious brand both locally and internationally, including markets in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, Macau, and China.
• Create perspective views, plans, elevations, and represent interior design concepts accurately.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Be hardworking, eager to learn, with good attitude.
• Possess problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and supervision of ongoing projects.
• Provide conceptual design, development, visualization, rendering, and documentation services.
