Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to contribute to Singapore portfolio growth through the strategic development of Singapore Key Accounts, limiting reductions and/or terminations, and ensuring the maintenance and development of existing customers.
- To contribute to Singapore portfolio growth through the strategic development of Singapore Key Accounts, limiting reductions and/or terminations, and ensuring the maintenance and development of existing customers.
 - Ensure relationships are maintained, managed, and developed across all existing and potential customers.
 - Ongoing relationship management of accounts ensuring increased sales, analysis of sales activity, and trading optimization is achieved.
 - Monitor competitor activity, report back to the Key Accounts Manager / Director, and suggest and assist with the construction of counter measure strategies.
 - Ensuring profitability is analyzed on a monthly basis and action taken to constantly strive to improve previous results.
 - Establish strategic account clients and develop penetration methods and review the progress at monthly meetings.
 - Achieve quarterly and yearly Company sales margins and goals.
 - Develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results.
 - In conjunction with relevant Functional Heads, complete and submit tenders for Key Accounts.
 - Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and their specialty area of practice.
 - Ensure regular, timely, and constructive communication with key accounts is maintained, both by phone and in person.
 - Produce accurate and timely reporting that focus on all relevant aspects of Key Accounts.
 
Requirements
- Demonstrated B2B experience in achieving sales, profitability and budget goals with Key Accounts preferred with Service Industry experience.
 - Proven ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal and external working relationships.
 - Able to work under pressure to meet target give.
 - Must possess own transport.
