A dynamic organization in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Human Resources and Finance Manager to support its operations. The role involves overseeing HR and finance functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing recruitment activities. The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or finance and 3-5 years of experience, preferably in FMCG or retail sectors. The position offers a remuneration package of $5,000 – $6,500 plus attractive bonuses.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and finance, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food services.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits administration in compliance with local regulations.
  • Provide HR advisory and handle employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure HR compliance and manage government-related matters.
  • Lead finance team in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and taxation matters.
  • Coordinate with the regional office for finance and accounting activities.

About the Role

  • Manage payroll and employee benefits administration in compliance with local regulations.

  • Provide HR advisory and handle employee relations and performance management.

  • Ensure HR compliance and manage government-related matters (e.g., work passes).

  • Lead finance team in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and taxation matters.

  • Coordinate with the regional office for finance and accounting activities.


Requirements


  • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and finance, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food services.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and financial regulations.
