Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging – Ang Mo Kio

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.

Oversee both strategic and operational HR matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business direction.

Provide guidance to the HR team in the preparation of employment documents such as appointment letters, contracts, confirmations, promotions, terminations, resignations, retirements, and retrenchments.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and processes to reflect industry best practices and drive efficiency.

Take full responsibility for payroll management, including data verification, vetting, and approval prior to submission for processing.

Act as a key HR business partner to support and steer business functions towards achieving organizational objectives.

Manage employee grievances, conduct disciplinary actions, and maintain positive employee relations.

Conduct regular site visits across Singapore to support operations and ensure HR policies are effectively implemented.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably covering the full spectrum of HR functions, with 1 year of supervisory experience.

Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and other statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, etc.).

Hands‑on experience in payroll administration and HRIS systems is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.

Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast‑paced work environment.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
