A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a seasoned professional in Organizational Development to drive initiatives that align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include designing talent management programs and conducting Training Needs Analysis. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of Organizational Development (OD) initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Support the design, execution, and evaluation of integrated talent management programs, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs), succession planning, and leadership development frameworks.
  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business units to formulate annual training plans aligned with core competencies and business goals.
  • Lead the implementation of competency-based HR practices such as performance management, career pathing, and structured learning roadmaps.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and culture transformation projects to foster a high-performance and values-driven organization.
  • Utilize workforce analytics to generate insights on capability gaps, development needs, and performance trends to inform strategic HR decisions.
  • Liaise with external partners—including vendors, consultants, and academic institutions—to deliver impactful HRD solutions.
  • Provide HR support for change management and organizational design initiatives during periods of restructuring, business growth, or transformation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resource Development (HRD), talent management, or organizational development, preferably within medium to large-scale organizations.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational development strategies, talent development frameworks, and modern learning methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of competency models, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong project management capabilities with excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
