1. Talent Management
  • Recruitment: Handle end-to-end hiring — posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and preparing contracts.
  • Onboarding: Organize new hire orientations and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Performance: Help manage appraisals, improvement plans, and feedback.
  • Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews and manage related documentation.
2. Employee Relations & Culture
  • Employee Support: Address staff questions, concerns, and grievances promptly.
  • Engagement: Help plan staff events and recognition programs to boost morale.
  • Discipline: Support and record disciplinary actions when required.
  • Communication: Keep employees informed about HR updates and policies.
3. HR Operations & Administration
  • Policies: Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee files in the HR system.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities follow labor laws and company regulations.
4. Strategic HR Support
  • Advisory: Provide HR guidance to managers and departments.
  • Planning: Help with workforce and talent planning.
  • Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analyze data for management decisions.
