Responsibilities
  • Support the full spectrum of HR operations and work closely with the HR Director and business stakeholders.
  • Partner line managers on manpower planning, workforce support, and HR-related matters.
  • Support recruitment for office and site-based roles.
  • Manage foreign worker matters, including quota monitoring, work pass applications, renewals, and MOM compliance.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs such as overtime, leave, and claims with internal teams or external vendors.
  • Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and manpower statistics.
  • Support training and development initiatives, including course coordination and government grants.
  • Contribute to HR transformation initiatives, process improvements, and digitalisation efforts.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee welfare, engagement, and workplace matters.
  • Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
