A leading beverage company in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR professional to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals and support regional growth. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience, particularly in the FMCG industry, and a strong proficiency in HRIS systems. Responsibilities include leading talent acquisition and retention efforts, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals, drive cultural alignment, and support regional growth initiatives.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development programs to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, well-being programs, and regular feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Ensure regional operations comply with local labor laws and company policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating HR-related risks.
Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives to support business evolution and operational efficiency.
Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, employee records, and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
8+ years full spectrum HR experience in FMCG/Beverage/Manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, strong analytical skills, and expertise in labor laws across key Asia Pacific markets.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving strategic HR initiatives.
