  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development programs to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, well-being programs, and regular feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

  • Ensure regional operations comply with local labor laws and company policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating HR-related risks.

  • Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives to support business evolution and operational efficiency.

  • Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, employee records, and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years full spectrum HR experience in FMCG/Beverage/Manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, strong analytical skills, and expertise in labor laws across key Asia Pacific markets.
