Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions (Mainly focus in recruitment)
- Provide input on People Strategies to Leadership
- Lead/influence key partner
- Understand other non-HR functions of the business
- Train/partner with other functions on people tools/strategies and tactics
- Handling of all employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Processing of employee insurance claims
- Staff engagement activities
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and manpower planning, such as posting of advertisements
- Shortlisting/interviewing of candidates
- Responsible for the HR & Admin workplan, budget utilization
- Manage the annual performance appraisal process
- Formulate and develop human resource plans, policies, and strategies
- Handling all work pass-related matters (e.g, applications renewal, cancellation)
- Ensure all employee records are properly maintain in accordance with company policies and compliance with MOM guidelines
- Liaise with different business units for their recruitment needs
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to operational HR.
- Strong working knowledge of the Singapore and Malaysia Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Experience using HRIS systems (e.g. Easypay) preferred.
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage across all levels.
- Positive, proactive, and people-first mindset.
